This program is designed to provide hands on coaching over an extended period of time to help business owners, senior managers and entrepreneurs apply Blue Ocean Strategy® to their businesses. The coaching program consists of fortnightly sessions over six months whereby participants will go through the entire process of Blue Ocean Strategy® with experienced BOS consultants and coaches in dynamic learning contest. Participants will be empowered with BOS tools especially Strategy Canvas, 3 Tiers of Noncustomers, Buyer Experience Cycle and 6 path framework in order to apply it in their own businesses.

Our practitioners have years of experience in assisting companies employ Blue Ocean Strategy® process systematically.
