Yoann Sapanel joined the business development and consulting Team of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Luxembourg from 2007 to July 2010 as Senior Consultant and Market Analyst. Prior to joining PwC, Yoann worked as a Business advisor to innovative entrepreneurs in their business start-ups and implementation.
Synergising his experience as a Business Advisor/Consultant and Market Analyst, he has conducted several strategy formulation assignments with both public and private companies as well as with numerous MNCs in industry sectors like, e-commerce, biotechnologies, automotive, steel and logistics management. Yoann was also responsible to align these business sectors with the foreseeable future industry trends.
Yoann holds a Master (Msc) in Business Management - specialising in Entrepreneurship Management from Grenoble School of Management, France; a BA (Hons.) in International Management from Middlesex University of London, United Kingdom and a BA (Hons.) in International Business, from ESC Troyes School of Management, France.
Yoann’s proficiency in English and French had enabled him to work in several countries namely United Kingdom, France, Finland, and Luxembourg. He was also the author of several articles published in Finland and in Luxembourg on future market trends and market development strategy mainly for SMEs (e.g. family businesses, automotive suppliers, etc.).
Yoann had strong project management skills and natural leadership skills. He was awarded the PwC Innovation Award 2009 and was one of the finalists for the PwC Innovation Award in 2010, underlining his strong entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
In August 2010, Yoann joined UCSI Blue Ocean Strategy Regional Centre as a Senior Consultant & Client Relationship Manager. In addition to his knowledge and expertise on Competitive Strategy in existing market place, Yoann is now ready to offer Blue Ocean Strategy in assisting companies to value innovate for quantum leap frog growth in a new market space.
