Ursula’s forte is the development and successful execution of go to market strategies for organisations in complex, fast moving markets. With over 25 years experience in senior sales and marketing roles she has been working across many industry sectors in Europe and Australia with organisations like Xerox Corporation and IBM.
As co-founder of Go To Market Pty Ltd. five years ago, Ursula has been consulting with organisations like SAP, Microsoft and Acxiom as well as many small-medium sized companies to optimise their sales and marketing strategies and execute them successfully in the market.
A passionate, early adopter of Blue Ocean Strategies, Ursula has now been working for more than five years with Blue Ocean concepts and tools. Clients have developed and implemented strategies through Ursula’s facilitation that resulted in significant growth. Even in merger and acquisition situations, BOS tools have provided an effective, customer centric way to develop value propositions and messaging to capture new market opportunities effectively.
Ursula has the ability to draw on strong diagnostic skills, extensive business experience and understanding of inter/intra organisational relationship dynamics. This allows her not only to challenge the status quo and develop a strong vision for the future, but enables operational implementation to ensure successful change management in the face of commercial realities.
She complements her hands-on business experience with a Masters of Management (MGSM), Business Management Diploma (Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Germany) and Postgrad. Dip. Counseling/Communications &NLP (Australian College for Applied Psychology). She has a special interest in systemic organisational relationship dynamics and studies currently leading edge Systemic Constellation methods from Germany.
