Tufan Ugur Oksay
is currently a
freelance advisor in the Defense Business
Sector of Turkiye. He is mostly involved with
the Simulation and Training System Programs.
His major goal is to create unique business
models for the companies involved in the
simulation and training systems market of
Turkiye. He is aiming to create value by
bringing in innovative business approaches and
eliminating the competition, defining the
areas where and how value can be created for
the customers as well as noncustomers.
Tufan Ugur Oksay
has received his Bsc. Electrical and
Electronics Engineering from Middle East
Technical University (Turkiye) . He got his
Msc. Degree from the Informatics Institute of
the same unversity on Software Management. On
his studies he especially focused on the Agile
Software Development Methedologies and
Software Process Improvement. He completed his
MBA for Executives studies in Bilkent
University (Turkiye) where he practiced Blue
Ocean Strategy and attended the Blue Ocean
Seminar given by Prof. Marco Protano.
Tufan Ugur Oksay
has an experience of more than 15 years in
defense sector of Turkiye. His latest
professional position was in Meteksan Defense
Inc. (Turkiye) as Director responsible for
Simulation System Program. He also hold the
positions of Director of Simulation Systems,
Director of Software Engineering and Project
Manager at Meteksan Defense Inc. He was one of
the managers taking position in the start up
of Meteksan Defense Inc.
Tufan Ugur Oksay
has also worked for
Aydın Corporation as a Technical
Lead and Project Manager in avionics software
business. He has taken manegarial role in the
Traffic Collision Avoidance Software
Development Project for ACSS Inc. (USA). He
also gained considerable engineering
experience in developing Avionic Test Systems
and Software, Embedded Software Development,
TV Manufacturing Test and Automation systems
in various defense and commercial business
companies of Turkiye.
