Mr. Rath Damrongsri is the Managing Director of Strategic Business Development Center Company Limited. Rath has 10 years of experience in a professional training and consulting company of business management strategy.

 

He holds a Master degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Thammasat University.  He was a Macroeconomic Assistant Researcher at Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI). Rath eventually went on to hold many top management positions for many leading companies i.e. General Manager of Third Wave Education Company Limited, Research & Planning Manager of CMIC Securities Company (Public) Limited.  With the experiences he had, he initiated the establishment of Strategic Business Development Center (SBDC) Company Limited and has taken the position of Managing Director in SBDC.  He is also an Executive Director of Marketing Moves Company Limited, a Consultant and Research professional in Business Management and Marketing.

 

He is a proficient and high-experienced consultant on management strategy as well as human development for both public and private sectors. Rath is also involved in research projects such as ‘Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives’ on Employee Satisfaction, as well as human development for MFC Asset Management Company (Public) Limited on Competency, HR Planning, Career Path & Career Development, and Succession Planning.  Rath is also a well-known guest speaker for leading organizations and universities in Thailand.
