Rangsan is certified Blue Ocean Strategy Consultant from The Blue Ocean Strategy Initiative Centre London (BOSIC) and a Chartered Member of the Society for Advancement of Consulting (SAC), USA. Rangsan has over twenty years of experience in the area of corporate finance and strategy. He began his career in New York before coming back to work in Asia. He specialized in helping executive finding company’s direction and helping with effective allocation of resources. Rangsan currently is a president of Prudent Advisory who has successfully turned around several companies both public listed and private applying his skills and practical experiences. Notable experience includes advising and financing private infrastructure toll-road, mass transit system, structuring and managing pension fund, and investment banking. Rangsan is currently a director of Sermsuk Public Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in, Provo Utah and MBA from Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania both in the USA.
