Rachael Wong is the Regional Manager of Operations &
Market Innovation of UCSI Blue Ocean
Strategy Regional Centre (UCSI BOSRC). Prior
to joining UCSI, she was holding a Regional
position serving both USA and Asia Pacific
region. Rachael was
raised and
educated in
Singapore. She worked
for PSB Corporation/Academy (the
corporatized arm of PSB/SPRING) in a variety
of key roles. PSB Academy is the education
and training arm of PSB Corporation. The PSB
Academy was the former Institute for
Productivity Training in National
Productivity Board (NPB).
She was in Business
Development/Project Manager for USA and Asia
Pacific Region where her role encompasses
delivering business excellence corporate
training development and project management
across the region.
She had served in various ministries,
departments & multinational companies in
Singapore for the last 16 years.
Rachael’s career experiences involved
upscale projects with multinational companies
& Regional Senior Management Programme. She
has coordinated and managed projects provided
to Ministries, Statutory Boards, MNCs,
Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign
Affairs in the area of Business Excellence
such as SQA, SQC, PD, S-Class, I-Class, ISO
9001, Strategic Planning and Economic
Development in Asia Pacific. She has strong
project management skills and had delivered
several collaboration regional projects for
Commonwealth
Secretarial, TÜV SÜD AG, PT Telkom Indonesia,
Singapore Telecommunications Limited and many
more.
Rachael holds double B.Sc Degree
with (Hons) in Business & Management Studies
and
Psychology,
National University of Singapore.
Currently, she is a
candidate in MSc Management Psychology,
University of Nottingham.
