Fred Jalin, as he is commonly known, graduated in Computer Science (UK) started his career as a civil servant in 1984. He had served in various ministries and departments in Malaysian Civil Service. In 1998 he joined the privatized Government building-maintenance division of Ministry of Finance for 5 years and in the 5 years with the privatized Government building-maintenance project, he had been assigned to pioneer its business development, sales, designing, developing building maintenance system and Building Automation System. In 2003, Fred Jalin and his business associates started an ICT Business Consulting outfit having its head office in KL and branches in Sarawak and Sabah specializing in providing satellite broadband consulting and communication services and ever since 2006 he has been a freelance ICT Consultant.

 

Fred Jalin is currently the Client Relationship Manager in UCSI Blue Ocean Strategy Regional Centre (UCSI BOSRC). His primary duties are to develop new clientele and secure potential business opportunities for UCSI BOSRC.
